A big thanks to everyone for the huge and positive response to our new gear, new models, new earth friendly packaging and our new website – it is very encouraging. We have more great stuff on the way to compliment these new craft.
We are finally beginning to ship orders – however we are still working through back-orders and our “new internal order packing and processing procedures” which is our hold up right now. Our warehouse staff are working overtime to become familiar with the new procedures and get up to speed as quickly as possible without making mistakes. We will let you know when the 4 weeks lead time is back down to our normal maximum 2 weeks.
